I gave them that score because the first one I got just wasn't working for me after I put on my dog. So, I ordered a different one from them and it works but needs some improvement. No big deal. But, I sent the old one back for a refund. It was denied because I put it on my dog. I cleaned it after taking it off my dog and I sent back to the company and they were going to tell me. The only reason I found out about this is because I called a few weeks later. They said it wasn't cleaned good enough. So, I told them that I would it back. So, they were going to keep it if I didn't call.

Our female GSD has hip dysplasia. We searched and searched for a lift that would help us assist her getting up and down the stairs going outside. We spent a lot of money on products not built correctly for the situation. I happen to find Wakin Pets on a google search and my wife called to inquire about the product I found on the website. The customer service was absolutely superb, professional and helpful. The Rear/Front Combo turned out to be the best option we invested in. I highly suggest this company and their very well made products for dogs having a hard time getting around and disabled dogs. The products are well made and this company really understands how to make products for dogs with all sorts of back leg/hip issues. Thank you so very much! I now tell everyone about this company that has dogs in case the need arises for them.

This is Spike’s second Walkin’ Pets wheelchair. The first wheelchair is still in good condition but is due for a couple of replacement parts and we thought that it would be a good idea to have a backup chair. Shipping and delivery was timely. Assembly was easy and was completed in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased for the second time. Spike thanks you too.

Was very pleased with the attention these very dedicated people give to the design and manufacture of their products, they're obviously pet lovers and it shows. The situation that our little adopted injured dog from Ukraine suffered however will not lend itself to the splint that I purchased. Our little three year old Dzu has virtually no feeling or use of his front paw from the elbow down, so the added splint unfortunately didn't help. So.. will be traveling to the US to seek a vascular surgeon. This is no reflection on the quality and design of their products..which are very well thought out.

We ordered a pet wheel chair and the customer service was absolutely fantastic.

Cant believe how quick the wheels arrived. Did find it a little trickey to adjust but my little man is loving his new wheels. Only arrived to day so will see how things go
