Ordered 1 harness and received in a timely manner. However this did not fit, so ordered another harness and it was at my door within 2 days. Thank you for your prompt service.

Although this is a well made product it unfortunately.. did not work out. I went by the chart provided... regarding my dog's weight... The front part of the harness that fits over his chest is too loose Even when pulling it at it's tightest. Also- The "length" of the body of your pet is VERY IMPORTANT here- Again unfortunately... Although I consider my pup average in length it seems as though the 2nd pad which goes underneath their abdomen runs into a problem because "he is a boy" and runs "interference" when he is trying to urinate.... Countless attempts to re adjust however no success in doing so...

Both products have been perfect for my foster. They wrote me to make sure I had the right size and sent everything very timely.

I was so excited to find this scooter for my handicapped lab. It arrived within a few days, unfortunately I lost Luna the day before it arrived. I wish I had discovered the scooter sooner and she had the opportunity to use it. Unfortunately I had to return it.

The harness I purchased for my dog(Barkley) after have his IVDD surgery, is great and durable. Unfortunately he's quite stubborn and won't wear it. Plus I think I might have purchased the wrong size. It seems a little to big. But otherwise I really do like your products. I may be purchasing something else harness like for him.

I talked to Customer Service at Walk-in Pets to try to explain the part I needed for my dog’s wheelchair. They even had me send a picture of the part.. on the wheelie..that was broken to be sure the right part was ordered. They determined what was needed & sent the part out that same day and I received it within 2 days. Lulu was thrilled to be back in business. My dog has had this wheelchair for over 4 years now. Although the "wheels" we bought for our 14-year-old dog, "Buddha" did not work for his particular disability (a large growth on the top portion of his right rear leg is making mobility difficult as he ages), we gave it our best shot. The wheelchair was perfect in every way, arrived quickly, easy to assemble, and easy to adjust to his height requirements. We had great hopes that this would make him more mobile and improve his quality of life, but, through no fault of the product, the straps for the back portion of the cart could not be adjusted large enough around his upper right leg without causing him discomfort. After trying everything we could, we had to send the unit back for a refund, which was very efficiently handled by their office personnel. The refund came through quickly, and the whole process was smooth and without problems. I would definitely recommend the company and their products to anyone who was thinking about purchasing an aid for their dogs' disabilities. Excellent, well-made product, and an excellent company to do business with.

Disappointed in retrun of item. The communication was great but you kept $40 of our return which was disappointing as the harness we ordered was not a good fit and all we did was try it on her then return it. I had to pay for shipping to ship it back at $20 plus I paid to order a different harness from you. I was extremely disappointed that it was not a full refund. From the communication that we received I don't understand why we did not receive a full refund.
