Really like the product but size guide is off- had to exchange the brace for a larger one. But customer service was excellent.

My Dachsi injured her back on Thursday, I ordered this rear end lifter on Friday and had it on Monday. You were so super fast in getting this to me. I have yet to use it because she started walking some before I got it. I have it in case this happens again. Thank you so much for being so fast and efficient!

The chair came quick. Once we finally figured out how to assemble it, it looks like a little robot. The harness is still too large even adjusted down to the smallest it could go. I am going to try and find a harness small enough and rig it to fit roussey.

Great customer service. Even though the item didn't fit my pet, the quality of the mobility harness was outstanding. I was able to return the harness without difficulty.

The purchase process was easy and the product arrived as promised. However I do not like how the boots fasten on my dog and the product is not durable. My dog had already worn the top of the boots and they are starting to come apart. I had to order another set of boots from a different company. Definitely not worth the $34 I paid.

The pet walker is well made and works great. It’s taking Margo, my lab, some time to get used to it but she loves to go for walks and this enables her to do it.

I originally gave 3 stars. Recently I was sent several emails trying to help. They did not correct the problem but they did show concern. First, I spoke with a rep before I bought the product, I told her what I needed for my dog and my limitations. She helped me choose this product. The person who followed up on my three star rating missed the mark but tried to be helpful. I did put on the product properly, and I cannot show you pictures or video because I do not own a cell phone nor digital camera. I am not mad at anyone they were more helpful than many websites and their products are made very well. Old pets and old owners, as a customer may have particular problems which should be identified befor sale
