I had broken the 2 D rings on my dog's Walkin Wheels harness. Since my dog is no longer able to walk without his wheels I really needed to get replacements quickly but wasn't sure which parts to order. The young woman who took my call was very helpful and took care of my order - which arrived 3 days later. I was very grateful.

Brace does not fit. Doesn’t even stay on. Have called and emailed with no response. Very disappointed

The walker is very good.a little hard for me to understand and put together but got it done.

We were told the cart would be delivered by a certain date (for sure) and it did not arrive then. Had to contact the company and staff member apologized for the delay. We liked the cart but did not get to use it. Our dane died unexpectedly the day after we received the cart. Husband put it together that evening and we were looking forward to using it but it was dark and again he passed the next day. So the disappointment was not receiving it by the date as promised so that we would have had the opportunity to try it and rate it for pet's use. Really sad we did not get the opportunity. Feel like this would have helped him emotionally to get out with the others due to him having Wobbler's Syndrome. Devastated for our loss but if in this situation again we would purchase if needed for our pet.

I could not have asked for better customer service. I am very pleased with the friendliness and responsiveness of everyone I have dealt with at HandicappedPets.com. I have not received the wheel chair or rear leg support yet as they are being shipped to me oversees, but I can say that the items were shipped exactly as requested.

My wheel chair and foot brace came very fast unfortunately my 16 yr old 78lb dog was too old to really utilize the chair and brace. It was difficult getting her in and out of the chair. If she were younger and not riddle with arthritis I believe it would have helped her, I heard it’s difficult to return the chair so I will be donating it.
