OMG! This is a life-changing thing of beauty. Not only was Micaela able to move around, sniff around and exercise, but assembling her wheelchair was very fast and simple. We were amazed at the way it was engineered. The instruction booklet was easy to follow. I can't help but gush over every aspect of this wheelchair and what it represents for Micaela. So grateful for such a well-constructed, easy to use product that makes such a difference in Micaela's life and ours.

I was able to figure out how to assemble to fit my dog, but the pictures were not always helpful. Not unexpected since this seem to be a main complaint from previous purchasers. I am thankful to have this device to help my dog.

Our team is always here to offer assistance. Our wheelchairs can be a little tricky to fit in the beginning so we do offer assistance. My dog won’t even move in it. He just lays down in one spot. It has been several days and all he does is find ways to break free from it and continue to drag his legs. Why is this thing not more secure to keep them in it? Everything is cheap foam and the instructions for putting this thing together were far from clear. What a waste of $300! Overall horrible experience. If you are up in the air about brands, go with a different one.

The wheels i got are great. Light wheels are perfect for my dog. He puts on a lot of miles so, we will see how long they hold up. Worried about wear in the axle hole. What would be nice for winter would be skis with a pair of wheels along the center for road and snowy trail travel.

My dog would not walk or pee in it. The material around the leg openings gave her sores from rubbing. The hard buckles on the sides made it uncomfortable to lay in and it could not be left on for any period of time.

Unfortunately I had to reach out a lot to customer service through emails because we waited to long in buying the wheels for our 15yr old. Plus she is very long waisted and long hind legs so we had to order larger wheels after the wheelchair arrived. I was truly amazed how helpful and organized Jillian D was with every aspect of my multiple situations. If you need any guidance on what product is best for you, just call and ask. Great durable products as well. And very fast on returns. Thank you for all your support in this stressful time of need.

I ordered the wrong brace, and knowing that using the brace may void the return policy (dog hair left and such), I didn't use it at all. The brace I ordered was a few dollars more than the one I needed, and I offered to forgive the balance since it was my mistake, but they'd have none of that, and exchanged the brace AND refunded me the balance. Not expected, however much appreciated.
