Service was great. Order arrived well before I expected it to. I ordered two items and wound up needing to return one of them - no issue with the product just wasn’t what I was looking for. I think within two days of sending the return back I was notified the refund had been processed. Overall very good experience and would recommend.

My 13 year old McNab has terrible Dysplasia and has been experiencing difficulty walking for quite some time. I purchased a Walkin' Pets wheeled cart, set it up per the instructions and finally got her in it yesterday. One would have thought that she had been walking with it her whole life! I set her back legs into the padded loops, clipped the side rails into the front harness and off she went! I was beaming! The only adjustment that I had to make was to drop the wheels down one notch and everything fit perfectly! The design, fit, quality, ease of adjustment and your instructions are spot on! I really like the fact that I can have her still use her feet by touching the ground but I'm able to take the load of her weight off of her hips!
