Excellent consumer support 5 stars!

I received my order very quickly and the chair/cart was really easy to assemble. Working on getting my dog used to it. I'm sure she will be happy to be able to go on walks again soon.

It was fairly easy to assemble. The directions included were vague at best when it came to the leg straps and stirups but the online video made it clear. All dogs are different but ours took to it the very first time she was in it.

Quick shipment! I haven't used the harness yet, but at first glance it seems to be a good design, and what I was looking for to help support my German Shepherd Dog's hindquarters. I took one star off because there are two plastic snap hooks that attach the lifting sling to the harness, and they don't look very sturdy. They can probably be easily replaced if they break, but it would not be good for them to break while holding up my 90 lb dog.
