Excellent customer service!

Wheelchair was easy to assemble, was surprised that it takes many small trips to acclimate them but does make sense.

This is such a great product - Frankie took to the rear wheel chair so easily and is loving being able to go on his walks again. Frankie started to lose mobility in his hind legs and was starting to draft his rear legs. The rear wheel chair was easy to assemble and after just a few tries, Frankie is completely comfortable in the wheels.

Olivia was super helpful and answered all my questions. She even took my order manually since the product I ordered could not be ordered via the website due to some sort of glitch.

This boot will definitely help her when she sprains ankle again. For the time being, I don't make her wear it as a preventative measure.

Despite being on a FEDEX fast-track service, the goods are still in Thailand Customs. We have to produce various documents and passport copies, along with a letter from the veterinary doctor to hopefully get the shipment released. We have been advised that the TC think we are purchasing to sell within Thailand ??? Wish my review could have been about the product but having not received it, with no real idea if I'm going to receive it it's difficult to be positive. I can say that the service experienced by the sellers was excellent and any questions I had were promptly responded to.

I was only able to put my precious baby dog in the wheelchair one time. I was completely unaware that she was at the end of her life and would never walk in her wheelchair again. Otherwise, I would have kept the wheelchair. The custom sizing and structure of the wheelchair was absolutely perfect and I can’t say enough about it. I am extremely grateful for this company that gives these animals a second chance at walking and living again.
