I needed replacement leg rings for my Shepherd’s cart. I use them to stand him up, but I’m not real happy with the straps. They’re very slippery and I have to constantly adjust them so they don’t get too long. The buckles don’t grip them very well.

The Walkin'Pets box for the Small K9 pet wheelchair arrived early. The contents inside the box were packaged nicely. When it was time to put the wheelchair together I relied on the instructional video which is on the website. Very informative and precise video. My only comment is that the instructor was wearing dark clothing and the table was dark and this made it hard for me to see the details on the black parts of the wheelchair being assembled. If she had been wearing lighter clothing and the table not so dark then the black wheelchair parts would've stood out more, making assembly easier to see. The instructor who was outside was easy for me to see and follow along with her. Other than that, I am pleased with the Walkin'Pets Wheelchair. It will take some time for my 6 year old "puppy" to become adjusted with walking on all fours again, but it's a great start. Thank you for this amazing product!

We experienced great customer service when we ordered our walker for our dog. All around easy and quick.

I purchased a medium large cart (rear support only) for my 12.5 year old, 60 lb female German shepherd. It was confusing when I received it because the box says "Medium". I thought they sent the wrong one, so I did not unpack it. Since there is no customer service on weekends (I received it on a Saturday morning) I had to wait until Tuesday (closed on Labor Day) to talk to anyone. They are very nice, but I didn't get an answer until the following day. So, basically wasted 5 days because their packaging is unclear. Anyhow, once I got it set up, my dog took to it right away. I thought it was relatively easy to adjust to fit. They advertise your dog is able to do its business while in the cart, but that's only if you don't mind getting urine on the leg straps. I have my dog do her business before I take her out in the cart. I also ordered the air filled tires which was a very good decision. The cart easily travels over bumps, curbs, grass, rocks, your feet, your neighbors' flower beds (LOL)... The only thing I'm not too keen on are the leg straps. My dog is able to use her rear legs, they are just not very stable due to a knee and hip injury on one side. The 'sling' you put the dog's back end in seems a bit uncomfortable for her while she is walking. Maybe a softer, wider strap for larger dogs would be better. Finally, the unit is ridiculously expensive. However, Walkin Pets obviously has done their homework and knows that we love our critters and are willing to fork out $500 to give them a better quality of life. I knocked off one star due to the price and construction of the rear leg sling.

Customer service has been excellent. When I’ve called everyone has been very responsive. I am SO GLAD I purchased the walk-in wheels for my dog. It’s the best thing that’s happened for him in months. Thank you for a great product!!

Great experience. Quality item! The front splint was so easy to put on, and the dog got used to it right away. Within the hour she was no longer limping and able to walk normally. Awesome product!

Very happy with Walkin' Pets! Trying to save my pups leg and this is definitely helping with his paw placement.

Assembling the wheel chair was a bit of a challenge. The instructions were not clear to us. So we looked at the photos. :-). It was difficult to get my Irish setter in the chair. And when we did, She kept walking backwards. We are going to look at the video again. And we were having difficulty in getting the blue strap secure. Really hoping this helps our girl. She has spondylosis.
