The product was delivered quickly. My pet was thrilled to use the brace, but unfortunately she had other health concerns and has passed.

Great customer service
Overall I’m happy with the product so far, only had it a few days. To be honest I’m not totally thrilled with the way the area she sits on is attached by only little plastic clips which came defective. They are sending me replacements for free but it’s a little sad that they came defective. Customer service is A+ though! I really appreciate how detailed they have been with helping me make adjustments and recommendations. My dog is still not totally into it yet, but we are getting there!

Hello Julie, Thank you for your review. We are saddened to hear that the clip on your wheelchair fell off. We are glad that you brought this to our attention so we could send out a replacement and also so we can keep record of this for quality control purposes. We are always aiming to have the highest quality products that are durable and reliable. We appreciate your feedback and your review will be shared with our design team. We can be contacted at (888)253-0777 if we can be of further assistance.

Great and prompt shipping
Great and prompt shipping. And they double checked re model. And the customer service is TERRIFIC! There was one end cap which didn't fit (only a $1.50 piece), and Handicapped Pet sent out a replacement quickly. I recommend! :)
Response from WalkinpetsDec 21, 2022
