My dog Sweet Tator has bone cancer and the first brace I ordered was to big. I spoke with Morgan and she suggested a small size adjustable brace. Which I ordered. I returned the first brace and it was rejected because it had been used. Your representative said it had to still be new. How is that possible when you are dealing with pets? The second brace did not fit either. She wore it only partially one day. The swelling of her leg met the brace at the adjustment screws and put to much pressure on her swollen joint. So I spent over $200 trying to help my pet get out of pain and your 30 day return policy is bogus since the braces have to be new to return them.

purchase sent too late and too slowly. Dog died almost a week before it arrived. Of course neither you nor I knew that the end was so near for her. The product itself seems fine and I will find someone who needs it.

Product wasn't shipped as promised. They said it was due to doing inventory. I would think the customer would come first. I paid for priority shipping which means I would recieve the splint in 3-5 days and it has been 7 days now and I still haven't recieved the splint yet. Bad experience would not recommend using this company.

Shipping time was much slower this time around, delay from placing the order to shipping out. We also have had a couple of the air wheels arrive with defective inner tubes, but it's hard to keep track of which shipment they came from, not from this batch.
