Sizing on the website isn't very accurate. I've had to make multiple orders before. This time I decided to order the medium/large and large and neither fit my dog's medium/large wheelchair or her. The return process is ridiculous. Not only did it cost me almost $30 for shipping, but they are also charging a $7 restocking fee per item. At this point I might as well keep the harnesses and sell them on ebay.

Sudden loss of back limbs :( Due to an unforeseen situation my Shepherd needed immediate help with mobility. Recommended by a friend I found what I needed for my Shepherd with Walkinpets. When your dog weighs 100+ it took 2 of us to get him ready for outside activities. My only complaint is there is no buckle on the harness to make it easier to get off since he currently is wearing a hood. That won’t be forever so long story short you are a life saver. Highly recommend for any fur babies in need.

Purchased an item to use with our ailing dog. Harness arrived the day before we had to let our dog cross the Rainbow Bridge, so we never used it. It was purchased as a last hope, but conditions worsened and it wasn't necessary. I initiated a return of the unused item the day we let our dog go, but had to eat $11 in restocking/postage fees. Two weeks passed since Walkin' Pets received my return - and I heard nothing. Finally received my reduced refund, and that was only because I sent off an email asking about it.
