My dog came down with IVDD suddenly and had lost capability to move all 4 legs. The large wheelchair, because he was 110#, looked like it would fit. I was going to help him have as much of a life as possible. Sadly after ordering he passed away. I cancelled the order which was due the following day because I had paid extra for FedEx 2 day shipping. Because the packages had never been opened, I was only charged for the 2 day shipping and the balance refunded to my Visa. Everyone that I spoke to, from ordering to getting my refund, was very understanding and helpful.

Always able to answer our questions and help us order what we need. Get our orders fast. Very grateful for the help as I am sure everyone is having to go through anything with a fur baby that needs extra help or support.

I tried to order online myself and ended up ordering the wrong harness. When I chatted with customer service they helped me to return the harness and get the correct one ordered.

Strong and very supportive It does need the fitted padding upgraded .. its a bit awkward to put on as the straps fasten on the inside of her leg. They could do with a left and right option.. After a few problems help was received.. many thanks

My senior GSD has neuropathy. His mobility got to the point where his life started not to be fun and his backend was failing and collapsing quite often. I feared it might be time to cross the rainbow bridge. In a hopeful grasp I took the plunge and got his wheels and separate full harness. His world changed. I had my buddy back even if for only a little longer. Week 1 adjustment to the wheels, short times moving in it mostly indoors, week 2 added the full harness with a little more time in unit doing outside exercise. Week 3 we went for our longest walks in a year+ with noticeable improvement to his gait w/o the set-up, improved vitality, and best of all he's 'asking' to go for walks again. If you think your dog might need this sometime, don't wait. Do it, you won't regret it. BTW, when the time comes, I will be donating my Walkin'pets wheels set-up to another dog and family who needs it. For now, we're going to get the most out it and enjoy our time together. All I can says is I am so thankful that I took that chance for my big doggo boy.
