Reviews like this make our day! The entire team at Walkin’ Pets works very hard to make sure our customers are happy, and their pets remain active and enjoying life. We would love to see some pictures of the wheels in action.

Items were as described, well made and very useful for my handicapped pet. Will buy from this company again.

Company sent product just fine but my dog hates it. She can’t sit up to walk. If the straps are loose enough to allow that she falls off it. If they are tighter so she doesn’t fall off she can’t walk with her front legs at all.

The individual I emailed was exceptional friendly, and helpful. Once all measurements were in following guidelines on website, the process went quickly. Getting extra required measurements was time consuming however, walker was well worth it.

UPDATE: They did it to me again. I spoke with a woman on the phone about the product when I received it. She KNOWS I didn't even use it, and they only refunded 50%. DO NOT purchase anything, unless you are absolutely sure it's going to work for you. NEVER AGAIN. The prompt shipping, products are very good quality, unfortunately did not work for my dog. I was a little disappointed that I returned a Walking boot, didn't even have in my home but a few hours and they reduced by refund by half. When I called them out on it, they said the felt on the inside had been torn, probably by her nail when she tried it on. I did not see any damage at all when I put it back in its original package. So I was upset, but had to order the taller boot to see if it would work, it didn't, it's on it's way back to them. There was no felt or damage, we'll see if I get my full refund or not.
