Thank you for letting know about the shipping not hitting your expectations. I do apologize that the post-3PM was not communicated. Our delivery partners have a hard cut off time for their pick up. Upon investigating the shipping, I can see that we did pay for Standard Overnight. Unfortunately, our delivery service partner did not live up to what we had purchased. We will not take this as an opportunity for excuses. You had expected a specific service level and you did not receive that. For that, our team does apologize and promise to get it right next time.

Tamara, thank you for letting us know of your frustration with the shipment of your product. When I research the product, I can see that it did leave our facility on the same day that you ordered the product. Unfortunately, after that there was a hiccup in the shipping by our service partner. They put a message on your package in their system that it was delayed by winter weather. We do apologize on behalf of our team that your product did not arrive to your shipping address in a timely manner.
