Great product!
Some communication issues initially around confirming the address, but once it was posted, the product arrived quickly. Easy to put together, and our disabled Frenchie loves it! It's given him his freedom and independence back.

Grant, thanks for the great review. We love the fact that Frenchie loves his wheelchair. There are times that we ask to double check the shipping address as we have learned that our shipping partners are most effective when our group ensures that the information is 100% correct. Thank you for being a great partner.

Great product great customer service.
I made a mistake on the shipping address and the company made an attempt to correct it. Not a huge deal since it shipped to my parents house in the same town. My dog loves her chair she hadn't been able to go on a walk for several weeks after her injury. Now she wants to go daily again.

Jerry, customers like you make our day! The entire team at Walkin’ Pets works very hard to make sure our customers are happy, and their pets remain active and enjoying life.

Well thought out product
Assembly and setup of the cart was well documented in the instruction booklet. Cart seems sturdy and well thought out from both the dog and owner's prospective. Our dog is normally frightened of anything with wheels but, adapted to the cart following him around in about a half hour. The small frame fits our 11 pound Yorkipoo well and is light enough that he can walk without undo effort.

Ralph, reviews like yours make our day! It’s great to hear that your Yorkipoo is doing well and loving their Walkin’ Wheels cart. We all consider ourselves so fortunate to be a part in some way of a furry-kids return to fun and much-needed activity! We love our customer stories so please stay in touch! We look forward to working with you in the future.

Making an old dog happy
When we initially opened the box all the parts seemed daunting. However the instructions made it pretty simple to assemble. I would suggest separating the assemble and fit instructions. It would be easier and a little less confusing to completely assemble then go into the proper fitting, but a small detail. Our 14 y/o GSD took to it pretty easily and started using it right after we put it on her and was able to easily walk around our property. We live in the country and have uneven ground and s lot of sticks, but she did great on it! It made her happy to be able to walk around outside with her brothers and sister.

Jill, thanks for the review on the product and experience. We are ecstatic that your GSD is having a great time walking around outside. The review on the packing is being shared with our Product Engineering team for their review. We are always working to ensure that the process is made easier.

Getting a splint and a wrap around.
Finding what I needed for my hurt dog was easy. Ordering and shipping was great. Kind of pricey but not like the others.
Response from WalkinpetsFeb 28, 2023
Susan, thanks for the kind words. Your experience is why we do what we do. Thank you.

Helpful and protective
Have only used this for a few days so far but is working great for my dog. He seems to feel more confident walking around inside and out knowing he has the protection of the halo.
Response from WalkinpetsFeb 28, 2023
Laura, thanks for the Halo review. Our team is excited that your dog is enjoying life with the halo. We look forward to working with you in the future.
