UPDATE: In their reply they suggested I reach out to customer care to try a different size, but I measured correctly the first time. If I try a different size and they don't work, I lose another $20? That doesn't sound reasonable. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a pair of Walkin' Traction Socks. I measured my dog twice to make sure I ordered the correct size. When they arrived she wore them for a day and they did not fit correctly; they were too big - even after I repeatedly tried to adjust and tighten them. I returned them, and out of the $29.52 I spent I received a roughly $10 refund.

why are you sending this prior to even receiving the product. We really need these wheels for our 16 year old lab. I called yesterday was 9th in line and choose a call back, which I did not receive. Please return my calls with ETA of wheels . Thanks
