Can I return. Simply doesn’t work for my dog.

When our America Bull Terrior, Squirrel, was paralyzed from his waist down, we were panicked about being able to give him a good life. However, finding this company online & seeing all of the great reviews was a huge relief. The size charts & measuring instructions to get the best fit for our dog really helped! Our order was shipped & received super fast! I couldn't believe it got here in lezs than a week! The instructions were a bit confusing when it came time to put together, but once we got it all set up & got him in? It was amazing! So much support & once he got moving he was so happy to have some freedom back! And I love that they send tips to help you & your pet get used to their new wheels. It's really been the best thing to happen for our boy & we plan to get a drag bag next because he loves to lay in the sun without his wheels too. I honestly have nothing negative, aside from the confusing construction instructions, to say about this company or their proslduct. I've recommended them to my vet's office & to my neighbors.

I paid to have my item delivered express. I ordered it Saturday March 4. I realize that it was on a weekend. I received a call Tuesday and was informed that the one I ordered was not in stock. I ordered a different color and ask when I should receive it. She told me Thursday. Well here it is Saturday the 11th of March. Have not received the package. Tracking says pending. Why did I pay for express. I could have just went with normal free shipping and receive it in the same amount of time. Very disappointed.

Robyn, thanks for letting us know of your experience. There are e types of Fedex deliveries - "Overnight", "2 Day", and "Home Delivery". The Overnight is guaranteed overnight. 2 Day is guaranteed 2 Business Days. The "Home Delivery" is a guarantee of 4-6 business days. The costs for these different tiers rises as the timeframe is shortened. We appreciate you giving us the time to respond to this review regarding shipping tiers. I ordered a quad walker for my 15yo dog to try to give her some mobility in her remaining days. Unfortunately, she passed away a few days after I ordered. I called Walkin' Pets to ask how to return my walker and explained what had happened. The young lady I spoke to was very kind and accommodating in getting my walker returned once I received it. I can't speak to how well the walker performed, but the customer service was great.
