Ordered the size of rear leg splint and foam sheet as they suggested since our Buffy's leg did not match their sizing chart. Had to purchase a label to return. As soon as we took it out of the box we saw that it was too big. She never even wear it. They only credited us about half even though we returned it along with the foam in the original pkg which was already shop worn when we got it. Ordered the next size down they made us buy the foam again to get free shipping . The splint it was too heavy and slick, our sweet baby couldn't walk in it. She didn't have time to adjust to it before she passed. Rather than getting just half our $ back again we will donate it in her memory.

Great customer service helping me select correct product & size. My 10 yr old golden retriever must have injured his front paw and would drag it. He wore down his nails til they bled. Wish I had discovered the brace sooner - I really think it would have sped his recovery. Fits him well and holds his joint firm.

The wheelchair completely transformed our babies life, before he couldn't go for walks, now he is going for walks that are as long as he would go for when fully able. And he does it on the pavement and the snow. Some things to consider the rear straps didn't really fit to the body but that is just minor thing. Improvement on the directions for assembling would help. Rear height adjustment should be more/taller it seems we got just the one size with no room to maneuver higher. But it works.

Might be good for another dog,but not for mine. She will not move with it on her and if she does , she only backs up. I have tried 6 times with the same result. The one time she made # 2 it got on the darn thing so now I can’t return it. This is a rear harness for a small dog. The measure on her 10 1/2 inches. Got small size recommended by instructions.

Harness too heavy for dog with multiple slipped discs. Will be sending back.
