The device is great and well made but our paraplegic cat hates it. I think she dislikes being strapped into it. Being able to move isn’t a bonus for her as she scoots on her bottom at the speed of light. But we remain hopeful that someday….

Ordered the wheel chair for my basset, while waiting for it to arrive my odie passed away. I emailed the Company and explained the situation. They were very prompt and compassionate and quickly arranged for me to return the device. They made it painless which was appreciated. I can't say enough how wonderful they were to me in my time of loss. Great company to deal with and truly care about their customers.
