I purchase a brace for my dog that was not the correct product for her condition. I need to return. They send me an email stating that I must pay for my own return shipping, and I will also have to pay a "restocking fee" which cannot be determined until I send the product back. I did open the package and try the brace on my dog, but she cannot use it. I spent around $50 and can maybe get half back if I am lucky. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Use Chewy or Amazon

Harness fits perfect

Well made product and customer support is outstanding!! Much better on all fronts than nearest competitor who's customer support was virtually non existent and who's product i had to return. I highly recommend Walkin'Pets!!

Alittle difficult to first put together. My dog has neurological disease in which her hind legs deteriorate. The cart is the only way she gets exercise and has some sort of a normal dog life. she likes it and she eats better after taking her for a wheel walk.

Unfortunately the harness did not work out for my pyrenees. He was xtra xtra large and carried a lot of bulk in front and just could not get used to it. I meticulously lint rolled the item and made sure it was clean and Walkin' Pets was great to work with during the return. I think the fit was more due to the particulars of Samson, and not the product. I was very impressed with their promptness, politeness when I called and their website provides a great deal of information.

The company is very responsive and helpful.

The product was exactly as advertised and easy to assemble. Our old boy has small jerks and spasms. The wheels help him stay upright and keep moving
