After calling and talking with their customer service department and explaining I had a small Yorkie/Shitzu mix dog with pinched nerves in the cervical region of his neck causing him to loose function of his front legs. They recommended a small wheelchair with front wheel attachments. I got the wheelchair, assembled it and it was too big for my pet. His front legs couldn't tuch the ground. The support straps that came with the front leg attachment were bigger than the support straps that came with the "small" wheelchair causing an imbalance in adjustment front to rear. The customer service woman I talked with was not helpful at all. This size wheelchair cost approx $385.00 after a $100.00 discount. With "free" shipping. But on a return item the cost to ship it back was $70.00 my cost and they charge a 10- 20% restocking fee. Buyer beware! Not a good experience at all. Instead of offering solutions all they did was ask what do you want us to do for you. Well they could have made it right by offering choices the fit my dog.

Purchased front & rear harnesses for our 11.5 year old Great Dane who was having a difficult time walking. He was knuckling thus we purchased (2) supports for his back feet as well. We had just lost his brother month prior. We used the products for about 2 weeks and then our second angel passed to reunite once again with his brother. All items were donated to our local animal rescue to help other large dogs with similar issues.

I ordered the wrong size and I had no issues returning the products and I got my refund in a timely manner. I will definitely order any needed products in the future from here.

Customer service was very helpful getting the right sized halo for our newly blind dog, and extremely prompt with the exchange. It does take a bit to adjust the halo, but it works great. We don't use the halo in the house because our dog knows her way around, but we do use it on walks and at the dog park. The halo makes both people and other dogs approach our pup more slowly, which really helps her not startle and feel more confident socializing. The only thing I would add is Velcro so that "Blind Dog" patches could be attached to the harness.

My wife is the one that called this time. We were interested in getting a set of front wheels for Ralph. We had the rear wheel set up for him a while ago and he needed support in the front now. The person that my wife spoke with was able to bring up our info and get the right set up for Ralph. He has been many miles on the rear wheel set up and hopefully will be able to enjoy getting around the neighborhood a little better now.

Belle is my best friend and adventure buddy. When she was injured it was devastating to us both. She could no longer be active not even to take walks. This gift changes that! She us still getting used to it. But soon she will be able to run with her pack of fur friends. And we will now have many adventures to come. I am impressed how quickly the wheels came and how well made! They fit her perfectly. Cannot thank Walking pets enough!
