My order arrived really quick! It was so easy to put together. It took us some time to get everything adjusted. We made sure it fit perfectly. I was going to get Harley (my dog) use to it per the instructions but she just realized it was holding her up and walked. I had happy tears!! **I still plan on following the steps to get my dog used to it. I don’t want to overwhelm her!

My dog’s wheelchair was on the verge of completely breaking after more than 3 years of very heavy use. Comet’s always on the go, barreling through anything and everything. He needed a new one asap. I want to make it clear that this is a sturdy, well-made product. He had worn out the old one; even the treads on the wheels were gone. Walkin’ Pets were great about sending me new wheels right away. The wheelchair is perfect, and he’s on the move again on his shiny, smooth ride.

I own a rabbit rescue & sanctuary and a very tiny bunny was brought to us with paralyzed back legs. Veterinarians couldn't find the problem so we needed a solution to him laying down all the time. I found this company which had good reviews, rabbit wheelchair knowledge and an affordable price. Easy to put together and adjust. Frankie "Wheels" is running all over and thrilled with being able to be a bunny again. I recommend this company to anyone looking to make their pets life complete.

The brace is so complicated to put on and the instructions I've found are just not helping. Was hopeful, but its just too complicated to be practical.

Great products, excellent quality and upgrades available for harness and belly support. Highly recommended for any pet who is disabled and needs wheels. Turns easily and in tight spaces

Videos were very detailed about how to set up. I phoned to make sure the fit was correct and had a problem with a piece. Sent video and pictures while on the phone with rep and they were extremely helpful. The piece I was having trouble with apparently has had problems in the past and they expedited a new piece. Very emotional when you need to have wheels for our 4-legged fur child, and this company was very responsive and caring.

The concept is very good but the castors are not the greatest. They don't really roll the just slide. We bought the medium for our daschund and she ends up off of it and pulling it behind her.
