Incredible. Emailed me to let me know something I ordered would not work and allowed me to cancel it from my order. And my purchase was delivered quickly. Oscar loves his new set of wheels. Thank you

A bunch of the parts are missing. I will be returning it.

Purchased Feb,2023. Numerous calls with assembly problems that I had to purchase additional parts twice! Ordered boots that were too small. Did not wear. Would not refund.

I talked to Amber about returning a splint and she was very helpful. She told me exactly what to do. I appreciate her help very much

Every person I had the pleasure of speaking with was very caring and helpful but futher training is needed. Josh was a dream to deal with the company needs to spend big money to keep a great employee. The shipping department needs WORK weeks to get wrong items.2 times. Our pet passed from cancer before she got the benefit of her wheelchair.

Top quality materials make up the construction of the cart. Both the video we were sent by email and the instruction booklet that came with the unit gave perfect step-by-step instructions for the cart assembly. Everything went smoothly together, and adjustments were easily made. Our dog is able to strengthen his hind legs by walking while still having the support of the wheels.

Great product, needed it fast and received it fast, thanks for helping me to help my Doxie to be able to get around again

Second order, consistent quality. First time having to make a return (wrong size) and the process has been very easy so far!
