The Customer Team, in particular Olivia, was kind, spoke clearly, explained certain accessories, was empathetic, resourceful and offered me help in choosing for the right fit and comfort to get my girl adjusted. In a way, she kind of helped me pick it out.

The product still has not arrived ! Normal portal services especially for international deliveries take a long time . I tracked the package and it was in customs for 2 weeks now it’s for delivery for the past week and still didn’t get it . Perhaps courtier services such as DHL or FedEx May be better option for international delivery .

Thanks for the feedback on international shipping. Between transit time between the United States and Moldova, there was what we consider an excessive amount of time. Customs in Moldova held the product for 8 days which added to the delay in delivery.

Costumer service is horrendous. Eight years ago,I ordered a cart for my paralyzed pug. The procedure was seamless. Well,it obviously has changed. I donated the cart to a Pug Rescue who took in a "thrown away" pug. He is full of life and drags himself along. As I'd to be expected,dragging himself in places like the yard causes skin breakdown. He is a happy boy who wants to run with his siblings. Well,I misplaced the frame but two sizes of wheels and 2 harnesses went with him to rescue. I talked with someone on phone 3 weeks ago. And ordered the replacement parts. She assured me that I was buying the correct parts. I paid a tad less than $60. 5 days later,the parts arrived at Frank's foster home. She sent the wrong parts. How this could happen,I do not know. Clearly,she has no idea what a cart is. Walkin' Wheels advertises that they have replacement parts. As.Frank was in rescue,his foster Mom took over the task of getting replacement parts. Calls with messages placed daily were not returned. Wrong parts again were sent. The customer service rep was sarcastic and rude. Missi Hogan,her foster,is yet to get the correct parts. She was told the replacement parts would cost $276.00. A new,mini cart costs $267.00 . So she bought one. Missi has sent you the names of your customer service reps that should not be in this job. Three weeks later,Frank is still dragging along, and there is no cart. The former company cared about handicapped dogs. The current company only cares about making $$$. I am a part of a huge rescue network,USA and Europe included. Do NOT Buy A Cart from Handicappedpets.com,formerly Walkin'Wheels.
