I needed some extra guidance in setting up my pet's wheelchair. The team at Walkin' Pets has been amazing! Customer's get excellent support by email and FaceTime! I highly recommend this company.

The instructions and quad wheelchair video did not match what was in the box. I was never called about a wrong measurement for the FCR. I am thankful they sent the email but I read the email the day after it was sent. It was good they expedited delivery with my first phone call with customer service. I asked for a second phone call from customer support, but did not receive it. I still have unanswered questions about the wheelchair for my dog. Overall the wheelchair fits my dog.

I purchased a wheelchair for my 80lb dog due to IMHA/IMT complications post-TTA surgery. I did not have the strength to use the harness 5-6 times a day for 6-8 weeks. 5+ customer service. They assisted me in measuring and ordering the correct wheelchair and helped with setup. My dog got the hang of her "wheels" by the 3 use. The harness was missing a couple of screws - they sent a replacement overnight. I've talked to my vet about walking wheels being a solution post-surgery. It has been a game-changer! Highly recommend!
