The quad was relatively easy to assemble. The directions were not real easy to follow, but a little common sense goes a long way. Getting the unit fine tuned to our dog was challenging.

Product arrived on time ,took alittle bit for my puppy to keep it on. It it helps thank you for offering a range of sizes so he will be able to have something to help him for his life time, as he had to get a plate on his paw to keep his foot stable.

This brace works great for an off the shelf product. Easy to put on and maintain. Provides enough comfort and stability for short walks for our dog.

Our Great Dane had cervical spondylomyelopathy and in her recent months, had declined more significantly. She could only walk short distances and would start to droop and get tired. You could see her attitude and spirit were still perky, but her body couldn't keep up. We had made small purchases from Walkin'Pets before and finally dove in to get a wheelchair for our 9 year old girl. We purchased a wheelchair and accompanied harness. The customer service to make sure she was fitted properly was excellent and quickly responsive. After they arrived, customer service continued to help us make sure we were getting the best fit. We then noticed a developing pressure sore and purchased a Hip-eez with a donut to relieve pressure. Unfortunately, before the hip-eez could arrived and before we could take her on full walks with her wheelchair, our big girl took a big hit and declined further. Despite her spirit, her body was struggling. We made the excruciating decision to say goodbye. I reached out to Walkin'Pets who were very understanding and supportive. They allowed us to return the purchases altogether, after the hip-eez would be delivered. I miss our big girl and wish we could have had more time to use these products made by people who care. They made the return process painless and smooth, while we grieved for our loss. Thank you for having such wonderful staffing and products that would have given Cleo more enjoyment.

Still hasn’t been delivered despite promises

Love the product for my Lego. It was very well built and for him perfectly.

The communication was great, the wheelchair is sturdy and nicely made. I had problems with adjusting, but via email problems were solved.
