I was disappointed that return was so difficult to make. I needed to order larger wheels and struts and my boy never got to use them as he passed. The return requirements were a bit extreme, same packaging no sign of hair, restocking fee. I would hope you’d say just donate them Xbs we will refund you like most pet care companies. It not worth the effort to return them for $56

Everything was good except there was no instructions in the box so got those online and one of the holes were not threaded for the screws so we weren't able to use all the hardware and put the wheels on properly but still works.

The product was easy to assemble and was helpful. Unfortunately my Gustaf passed away. They were very understanding and I was able to return the product with in the 30 days guideline. I would Recommend this product to anyone who has a dog with weakness.

It wasn't difficult to assemble the walker. The issues are with harness. Every time I adjust it to proper tightness, it becomes loose next time I put it on, and I have to adjust it all over again. I've been introducing my dog to wheelchair every day, but she's fighting it The wheels tend to roll back, and it's difficult to steady my dog in order to go forward.

Great service! My pet is 15 years old and I have often worried about how I would transport her if she were to become non-ambulatory. This is perfect for that purpose.
