I received the best customer service from the beginning to the end. Losing my beloved dog after I received "the wheels", your customer service did not waver when I asked about returning the equipment.

We received a chair for our little pitbull / mountain cur mix ally after she was unfortunately hit by a car and paralyzed in her back legs with a severed spinal cord. She was not even a year old yet. Vets told us it would be best to put her down but we didn't give up on her. So we ordered her a chair that has given her the gift of life again. She is getting around like nothing ever happened. Going outside to potty regularly and never having accidents in the house even though she was supposed to have constant help. The only thing I would have changed is that the wheelchair really isn't ideal for indoor use as the back wheels get hung on door facing. But either way you guys are heaven sent. Well-made, and relatively easy to attach to my older (14) dog. I was very pleased that she quickly learned to walk well, and urinate and defecate without issue. Old dog, new tricks!

Please revise your instructions. The pamphlet used descriptions of the pieces as though I know what you're writing about. Try to remember that for most customers this may be the ONLY time we buy a wheelchair for a pet -- so familiarity is low. Pretend that nobody knows what you are talking about and keep it simple. Fitting your pet. I would expand this part of your instructions -- especially for the "odd shaped" dog. I have a corgi and fitting her was very difficult with so many adjustment points. Perhaps advise with where to start, then move to this part, then this part. The quality of the parts is excellent, and I have no complaints on the actual product.
