The quality is excellent however the sizing chart online is not consistent with the sizing on the package or the product. Maybe they intend the extra foam to compensate but it doesn’t. We were unable to use the product because it was way too large.

We’ve had a Walk-in wheelchair for our dog for 2 1/2 years, have had to replace a couple of plastic parts, great service and helpful customer service. Highly recommend for anyone needing a wheelchair for their dog, I’m sure this has extended our dog’s happy life 🥰

I ordered the wheel chair and belly strap for my 8 year old chihuahua, her back legs have been slowly going out. I received the items couple days later. During the couple of days of waiting for the items my dogs front legs went out, she was completely paralyzed. I had to take her to an emergency vet and other option but to put her down. I called your company to see how I can return the items and explained the situation about putting my dog down. I was told so sorry but we are going to still charge you a restocking fee. Completely harmless in my opinion, I wasn't returning because I changed my mind I had to return because I put my dog down.

Wheelchair was easy to assemble after watching the video. Our dog loves being able to run down the street again!
Dear C.
you should consider fixing the problem before asking to fix a review
