I got the wrong order initially, but I was helped to send it back, and the right product was sent to me

A rep from Walkin' Pets emailed me before I even received my wheelchair and told me if I had any questions or needed any help fitting the wheelchair, I could email her directly. At that time, I hadn't yet received a shipping confirmation for the wheelchair, even though I had paid for expedited shipping, so I responded to her email and asked if she could see the status of my order in her system. She got back to me within a couple of hours and gave me the tracking number and said it was on its way. The wheelchair then arrived the next day, which was awesome! I had some trouble getting the wheelchair fitted correctly on my dog, so I sent her some pictures of my dog in the wheelchair and asked for her help. Again, she got back to me very quickly and gave me some suggestions to try. I was very impressed by the amazing customer service from this company! And the wheelchair is very sturdy and solid, I am certain that it will be a game changer for my dog once I make a few tweaks to the setup.

The customer service group is great. I (and Walter) love this little cart. It’s easy to use and has many good points. My only complaints are: — the little silver balls are nearly impossible to use with arthritic fingers (even if I use the hex wrench to push the ball down); — my dog has a 12” long Maltese-type coat which does not work with Velcro ( it gets tangled and knots and makes a mess)

we are 70 years old and we had to return the back support back and you are keeping our refund we received with white stuff on bag and when we sent it back with cleaning it to 100% it was only tried on once your rep helped me with size and it is too big so we cant afford to lose this kind of money but God always wins but youll have took us and we both know you will sell it again instead of disposing of it so send it back i will give it to someone instead of you all making anymore money of it this is the worst company i have ever dealt with
