The wheelchair is well designed and built. The QR codes on the inside lid of the box activated the videos which made the assembly and adjustment’s easy to fit the chair to my pet.

We found Walkin Pets when our oldest suddenly couldn’t use his hind legs one morning. After the initial vet visits, we knew we would need to help facilitate our good boy. We read the info on the site, measured, and ordered a chair. It has been wonderful. He took to it quickly, and uses it multiple times daily. He has gained some movement back, but we still use the chair. The drag bag is also a great item. Once he started dragging himself inside, we wanted to protect his legs. The drag bag was great. Great products and no issues so far. We are very pleased.

Unfortunately the splint did not work for my dog but the service was great. They issued a refund in a timely and professional manner.

Your instructions are terrible. They should be labeled for each item. No cd in box with explanation. I will not recommend your product.

Fits my dog perfectly, he's very muscular with a very slender backside so other wheel chairs just slip off unless you pay another 50$ to get the attachment. I love the fact that this come with the harness and for the same price as other brands without one. I won't be walkin away from walkin pets! That's for sure! Thank you for allowing my baby to be mobile. Honestly if they get any complaints it's because of people user error.

My wheelchair arrived with 2 defective parts and these were replaced but I had to pay myself to return the defective parts

Easy to assemble. While my dog is still adapting to his chair, product is good.

Great customer service! Walk-in’ Pets makes figuring out what equipment will work best for your dog and how to fit it very easy. I had to exchange a piece because I mis-measured something and they made it a fairly painless process.
