I appreciate Walkin Pets so much for their products and customer service. I have purchased a few products from their website which is very easy to navigate. I am thankful that I am a customer, and my pup is very thankful as well!

Information and product was as promised!!

took longer to arrive than I expected. I run a rescue and we had a disabled dog enter the rescue. It was almost one week before we could get the product. As it turns out, the make shift sling the vets and I made actually worked much better. the straps slide open easily which is great to adjust tighter but not for looser. it was easier to get in and out of make shift one and that one was higher up on leg and worked better. The company is rescue friendly and reached out to me. They refunded money back and directed me to other products they have. Very responsive

I had to return my product (I had measured wrong). These people were so helpful - they took care of everything! At the same time, they seemed so interested in my dog and what was going on with him. So empathetic and understanding.

Impressive response times. Any questions I had (and there were many) throughout the process, Walkin Wheels responded quickly, usually within minutes most times and always the same day you asked. I had asked some of the same questions of one of their big competitors and it always took them at least a day or more before they responded to the question. And if you responded immediately to the competition's email with another question, you had to wait another day for their response. It was even worse if you asked a question on a Friday morning - no response till at least Monday afternoon. Walkin Wheels definitely has the competition beat on customer service!
