The wheel chair was easy to put together and within an hour of receiving it, Monte (corgi) took his first steps. This will no doubt increase his quality of life. The wheel chair itself is much sturdier than expected which was another pleasant surprise

Employees on the on-line chat were very helpful and informative. They helped me choose the right size wheelchair for my doggo, Cooper. He's an 11 year old boxer who hasn't been able to walk without a lot of help for a little while now. He did great in it from the start and looks so happy when he's in it! It has changed his life! A huge thank you to everyone at this company!

It works. I like the idea that the lift trap can be attached to the wagon directly

I measured my dog several times prior to buying the correct size wheel chair to ensure I was getting the correct size. I knew I had to be precise as the refurbished wheelchairs are non-return, so I had other people also measure my dog. The site says I should buy my dog a large size wheelchair. My dog is an odd in between size, so I trusted the website. The wheelchair ended up being huge for my dog. I have had to lower and tighten all of the straps and bars, and it is still too big for her. I even went further to purchase another set of tires in order to lower the wheel chair, having to drill holes in the new set of tires in order to have them fit on the wheelchair properly. It's still too tall/large for her. Becoming increasingly frustrated, I have decided to put it to the side and come back to it another time when I am feeling motivated. The equipment is great quality, don't get me wrong, I just wish the return policy was not as stringent and the sizing on the website was a bit more accurate.

Great email contact, quick shipping with tracking info. Great product, well made and my dog has already taken to it in 6 days of use. We gradually increased the hours of use and now he wears it all day. Thank you for your great product! Toby and I thank you.
