Great for our older dog and easy to use

Well made. a little tricky to adjust to the dog.

Autumn provided customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND. She made sure I ordered the proper-sized product for my dog…then checked and rechecked to make sure the order was correct.

Good quality products that have made my senior dog very happy. He loves his wheel chair and went from not being able to walk on his own and one sad depressed little dog to now trying to run in his wheelchair and happy again. The rear lift harness is perfect for quick trips outside to potty.

Walkin pets is amazing! Their wheelchairs are great quality, and they sell the pieces individually as well in case something breaks! We had a back leg strap break, and received our new ones within a week, and our boy is back to using his wheelchair!

We purchased Sadie's wheelchair in January 2022. We upgraded belly pad and harness at that time. We just purchased new wheels and a new harness because they were worn out from her beach and mountain trails visits. She has a life because of her wheelchair and literally smiles when it appears. Without it, she moves like a high-speed seal. With it, nothing stops her. She goes everywhere! Thank you Walkin Pets!!!!

Be aware that if your pet uses this product and you have to send back , they will not give you refund. You have to go to post office and send them a paid postage package to get product back . If you do not send in a week they “dispose” your product .
