The customer service that I received from Danielle was great! She asked important questions to get additional information in order to fit our dog with the perfect wheelchair. The small frame wheelchair she suggested for our Corgi/Terrier mix is perfect and it was on sale, too. I requested a refund for a foam wheel kit that I had purchased. My refund was received quickly. I am more than happy with my experience with Walkin' Pets and would recommend them to anyone who is wanting to get their pets mobile again.

It would have been great if the shipping was next day delivery for products that the total value above $50.

Fast, tracking and most importantly, he started walking using the new belly band! He refused to walk before! Thank You!

I ordered my wheelchair from another company who had zero customer service. I have since bought several accessories here and have had a significantly improved experience and outcome with the chair from the other company. Wish I had started here at Walkin’ Pets, will know better in the future.

A superior product!

I paid for overnight shipping but did not receive my product for 4 days. I understand they do not have any control over shipping, but they have refused to refund my shipping that was over $100. They said until the carrier pays them, they will not reimburse me. It has been almost a month. I will never order from them again. They would benefit greatly by learning how to provide better customer service.
