I received my order quickly. I received timely updates on its status. It arrived as promised. Walkin' Pet products are high quality. They are made with special needs dogs in mind. This is our 2nd special needs dog who uses the wheelie.

Customer service rep was very patient and helpful. She made sure we got the right product. High level service for a product that cost less than $100. You would think you were getting a $1000 item. I would recommend buying from them. Thank you Danielle for your great customer service.

Shipping was a bit slow but the product was so much better than I anticipated! It will give my German Shepherd with degenerative Myelopathy a few extra weeks of mobility. Thank you for the gift of time. It was easy to set up and use, especially with the addition of videos available.

I ordered a full support but there are only two wheels in the box. There is no packing list of what I ordered in the box showing the parts I should have. It was all done on the phone with a very helpful sales person who I thought was marking it all down..but no way to see what I ordered.

Good morning, Nelda. Thanks for taking the time to review. It appears that after review of the orders, that you have received the rear wheelchair and the front attachment. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

So far this is difficult to put on, took two of us 30 minutes or longer. Dog hates it, he doesn’t want to walk with it on. He needs to get used to it, I’m sure. Also, he would not urinate until we removed the brace. We think he’s gotten used to walking incorrectly and it feels uncomfortable for the brace to alter his gait. We are not giving up, and I’ll review again after it’s been a few weeks.

Thanks for taking the time to review, Jan. We would like to offer a specified time for one of our Fitting Specialists to work with you directly on Zoom or Facetime. A few tips and tricks can make a big difference in your pet acclimating to the product. Please let us know via [email protected] what a good day and time that would work.

Everything was great with Walkin' Pets. I had to call them about fitting my dog with a wheelchair and they were extremely helpful and guided me to the right product. I cannot speak highly enough about this company and would definitely buy again. The chair itself is quite durable helping our 60 lb dog move around. They were also great in explaining how to get him moving because when we started he really just stood there, not knowing what to do. Now he's rolling everywhere and acting like a normal dog.

Product was really nice, easy to set up, and sturdy. I had to return for reasons other than issues with the product. The staff I dealt with were really nice.
