Didn’t fit my pet at all - measured correctly. I ordered another product and it’s pretty flimsy. It’s not supportive in any way. It’s a piece of foam with Velcro.

I contacted walkin’ pets to help me select the right size wheelchair for my shih tzu. Jillian Daigle responded promptly and was very helpful. I ordered our wheelchair and we emailed a few more times to get the adjustments correct. Thanks to Jillian and our wheelchair, Timmy is mobile again! He runs around the yard, chases me down the hall and is full of fun and activity. I could not be happier with the results, the price and Jillian’s customer service. Works great on my large ailing dog. She's almost 10 1/2 and has shoulder problems. As we walk, I grab the handle on top of the lifting vest and I'm able to take about half her weight off it which helps a lot. Thank you very much.
