I will not be purchasing from Walkin Pets again. The experience was frustrsating and time wasting to get the help my dog needed. it took 10 days to receive a brace I ordered. Customer service from Autumn was rude, and careless. However, Olivia was helpful and considerate. The return and refund process is not consumer friendly, rather a time consuming process. For a customer that's already frustrated with the lengthy receiving of product, you get to also waste time returning it. All the while trying to help your handicap pet. Not worth the effort when you have other home delivery places that are much faster to purchase from. The customer service is lacking at Walkin Pets.

Everything about this company is great. The products they sell, easy purchase process, QUICK delivery, and someone even reached out to me to let me know that my order would arrive that day. THEN. another person just 2 days later emailed me AGAIN to see if I had any questions or needed help setting the wheel chair up. I hope this company is around forever. They will help and have probably already helped millions pets/pet owners.

I absolutely love this company, their products and their customer service!! I know I was a pain of a customer making purchases and returns before I finally found a product that suited my dogs needs. But customer service was outstanding throughout every process. All of the products I ordered were of superb quality though, just not what worked best for my dog. 5 stars overall!!!

I'm impressed with workmanship of the two wheel device. The instructions were complete and useful. We are still working with our 14.5 year Shephard as his rear legs are not useful so its stirrups and weight on front legs. I believe we would have less problems if we had started earlier because the dog is all heart and wants to walk.
