The brace you recommended that I purchase did not fit my dog and then you proceeded to not give a refund after you talked me into purchasing a different brace. Pretty sleasy customer service. I would not ever recommend this company for anything as they will rip you off if you try to return anything.

this is honestly the best wheelchair for dogs. (believe me, I have tried them all.) And the easiest chair to get your pet in and out of. I just purchased a different harness for my broad chest dog and it's working great. the other one worked fine also, but he seems comfier with the extra chest room. The BIG plus is the excellent customer service! rare these days....

Our shepherd, bull, husky mix is now using her hind right leg normally. Nala would run on all 4s but resort to walking on 3 lifting her hind leg. We were advised she had a separated tendon/bone condition requiring a 5k surgery. I bought both the rigid brace and the velcro wrap. We’ve only used the wrap to date. I’ll try the rigid brace when she has family dogs visiting which always involves a lot of yard running. Thank you!

Super easy to order, how-to videos are wonderful and completely clear to be able to assemble at home without extra support. The product is super high quality, and nothing feels cheap or half done. Everything fits correctly and the actual wheelchair functions perfectly smooth. I really like that it is very lightweight, so when my dog doesn't plan for how wide an area is, I can just pick up the back end easily to maneuver her.
