I Just wanted to know why things changed with my prescription after switching from one pharmacy to walgreens on perison road in flushing mi. This pharmacist was so nasty and rude. I will never ever go back there again after this. No way!!!

Ordered 1 epipen of Lantus insulin. According to Good Rx supposed to be $35. Walgreens claims their system was cyber-attacked (?) and could not apply the Good Rx then proceeded to charge me $110!! What?!?! Because I needed it and couldn't wait I reluctantly took it. Never again

The pharmacy in Walgreens at 9998 Front Beach RD in PCB, Fla is the subject of this review. They were out of a medication I needed. I asked if they could get it from or send me to another Walgreens to get it. They said that I would have to do that myself and hung up on me. Also during the call I asked if they knew if they would have it anytime soon. They said no. They also said that all Walgreens stores were out of the medication. I called my doctor the next day and he contacted Walgreens for me. Walgreens had my prescription. I called Walgreens and asked them if they could fill my prescription. They said it was already being filled and hung up on me. They were very rude to me during the calls I made to them and hung up on me both times. I was never rude to them in any way. I have never been treated so poorly at any other Walgreens. If I could I would have given them 0 stars! This happened on 2/29/24 and on 3/1/24.

i usually don't write reviews but the colored male pharmacist needs some PR training.He told me that he would not fill my prescription next time.I guess this is how things operate at this walgreens.

3RD TIME THIS YEAR MY PRESCRIPTIONS TOOK OVER A DAY TO GET. LAST ONE I CALLED AFTER 3 DAYS AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT GET THE DRUG ANY MORE. NEVER LET ME KNOW! AFTER READING THE REVIEWS FROM TICKED OFF EX EMPLOYEES, THINK I KNOW WHY NOW. WILL MOVE MY STUFF TO WALMART. MAYBE BE BETTER.

I ordered same day delivery for a sick child. They canceled my order because they had no one to deliver it. But they still took my money. I had to call my bank and stop payment because Walgreens said there was nothing they could do. Wish I could do a negative rate.

I stopped in Walgreens today to get some fiber capsules.I usually get them at Fred Meyer. Kroger brand is $6.29 for 160 capsules. Walgreens brand for the same 160 is $15.99!!! Yes, $15.99!!! Needless to say, I walked out of the store and won't be back. Every penny counts for seniors at the drug stores. Apparently. Walgreens is unaware.

I started as an emerging store manager a few months ago. I received very little training on the position, was told to do multiple things at once and constantly told should have been done sooner or told of something wrong. Very little training in pharmacy and told to help not really knowing what to do. Mainly doing shift leads work and cashier's assignments, cashiers have no respect for management. I dreaded everyday due to the moral between the team, and the negativity. There were never enough hours in the day to get the workload finished so always felt behind. There wasn't ever encouragement or a simple thank you or good job, was told not to expect that because that's not what Walgreen's does. My time and effort seemed endless with no recognition and no feeling of accomplishment for the day. Management should really encourage their team; bad moral doesn't make good customer service.
