Waited in line until I was next. Then st 13:31 the guy tells me comeback after lunch. I was in line for 20 minutes prior.

Walgreens in Gallatin, TN…. I have been waiting 5 hours for my medicine I was supposed to start today.

I don't recommend Walgreens online medical help. After wait over 5 hours, a sleepy person appeared, cats crawling around her. She saw a small burn on my wrist and said, no, I can't help you. And disappeared. They charged me $75 for 4 seconds. No help. On a disability income, I was disappointed. Totally. The website is awful.

Well since i become a client at 130 N Broadway location in Denver Colorado. The pharmacy staff all them of them are amazing there is two ladies that they do pharmacy job ? So they all make sure my insurances are bill properly! Outstanding job! But also I see several employers working at the front and they all are professional , friendly and helpful thus a busy location. But I also love that they hired people with some disabilities? That is amazing I love that everyone deserves a job and recognition thank you to all the employees of this store

It’s Saturday and one would think you can go to the pharmacy to get meds on my day off. Not at Walgreens. They are closed. I’m so over this place! Moving my scripts to Costco or Walmart. I’m done. Walgreens needs to go away. Used to be my go to pharmacy.

Walgreens continues to disappoint. For the 10th time, I put in an online order. The order is transferred to my local store where 1 or more items is deleted from my order due to lack of availability. If they left the order for online shipping, I would actually get my complete order. Inevitably, the item that is cut, is the one I actually wanted.

They really need to offer the ability to put zero stars because this company would set the record for them. I have a prescription that the doctor sent in(which obvious means he approved it) and it has gone through medical review with my insurance company and was approved with them as well. The pharmacy at Walgreens has now been holding my prescription hostage for over a week because they say that they need to talk to the doctor office. It's unreasonable and unacceptable to hold medication that has been approved by a doctor and insurance (which also means another doctor at least).I will never give Walgreens any more business and will just wait for the company to go under because they can't and don't offer the service that they used to. Oh how the mighty have fallen.
