The Walgreens pharmacy I use is not managed well. They regularly make errors. The most recent issue involved them erroneously cancelling my prescription after it had already been filled and was awaiting pick up, and replacing it with the wrong medication after consulting with the wrong physician. What led to this chain of events is inexplicable. When I called to rectify this, they shifted responsibility and refused to offer any real help. In fact, the pharmacist on duty at the time of my call shirked responsibility and had the assistant convey the misinformation. As a result I have a lapse in my medication.

Lawrence at the 333 Hunt Hwy. location is truly a gem! He welcomes everyone in, treats the customers ( even the cranky ones) with respect and kindness. He can be counted on to help with even the smallest question and if he doesn't personally know the answer, isn't afraid to find someone that does. He is a definite asset to this location and the Walgreens chain. Three cheers for Lawrence!

Lena yes, lena I will continue to follow through on my promise to you. I will continue to contact corporate, and whoever I can to make sure they know what transpired you will not get away with treating people like that I promise

Mixed up orders for new pe

I really really really do not want to work at Walgreens! I QUIT! Resign. I had wanted to expect a "sit down 1 on 1 interview, and individual work" similar to NW Pacific Mechanical, but Walgreens was never like this! Walgreens was all computer interview, and competition, and that was what I did not expect to be doing as a man with ASD! PC Computer stuff is just not my kind of thing from Elementary to FGHS! Windows 7 Computers would be "Yikes!", foreknowingly that there was no Microsoft Security Intelligence Client, and there's no Microsoft Edge compared to Windows 10, since Internet Explorer was not secure. I knew all about the terrible events within my past with Windows 7. First Time was Voluntary with the tight shelves. Second Time was just a trial, but Walgreens wanted me to do computer assessments.

Walgreens pharmacy has very poor customer service. I am diabetic and in monjauro . For the second time , my prescription was dropped from my order status and I was not notified via email or text. I had to do the investigative search to determine what happened to my order. They state that the medication is on order but on further pushing and questioning, it appears that they will not be receiving any medication until after the 16th . Unlike last time this occurred, they could not give me any other pharmacies where it was available. While I understand that the medication is unavailable, it is Walgreens failure to not notify me immediately by text or email regarding the issue. They just dropped the medication off my order list. I wonder if it is due to greed and their desire to keep my account for medications and not have me switch pharmacies. Too late- I no longer have faith in Walgreens. Monday morning I need to start calling all pharmacies in my plan to try and hunt down the medication and then contact my pmd to send them a new prescription. This is extremely poor customer service, especially since I have done business with this Walgreens for over 13 years.
