Honestly Ive gone to three different stores recently and they each have been terrible. One of them rang up the wrong price , wouldn't adjust it and then refunded with gift cards even though I paid with my bank card. Then proceeded to tell my boyfriend he loos like George Costanza. My boyfriend was nothing but nice and helpful to these people, and he has depression and mental health issues so believe he ruminated over this for hours. He doesn't look like him, he has glasses and is balding, the guy said " maybe it's the glasses" . Then two different stores pick up orders, it does not matter if you ask to substitute, they just won't bother,even if it messes up a BOGO. Now I have to go back and return stuff. Oh and they never have stuff that they say they have or for the price they have and complaining does nothing. I am assuming it's store policy to be insulting, misleading and have poor customer service. I mean these are the people who were diagnosing people with "a drop of blood" despite not having any proof or evidence of it. If it's true the guy invested in that because of Katy Perry "Firework" then I'm the idiot for expecting anything better, lol

This store website says FREE 1 hour delivery which is a lie as they did not today, they cancelled my order, still holding my money for 48 hours though and there is NOTHING that the store manager or the corporate line would do to help. They could have offered to still get the order ready and still give me the things that I ordered on a curbside or something but no assistance was offered at any time by anyone that I spoke to. The manager and the Claudette person that I spoke to were completely rude and said well what do you expect us to do? I expect you to give CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not be shopping from this store any more.

recently, the mail delivery service is terrible: one order is sent by several tracks, there are products with an expired expiration date. There are also often damaged products that walgreens does not compensate for in any way. It is a pity that such negative transformations have taken place in the last year. From the latter: the package was encoded and the goods simply cannot be used, walgreens claims that everything is ok. Just no reaction. Pay money and get not what you paid for. Walgreens Pharmacy on Johnson in Fond Du Lac, WI Koodles to the pharmacist, who called me on the phone after receiving my faxed prescription order to see if I wanted to fill it. I had worked with telehealth, who sent the order to a different Walgreens, which was closed--my mistake. But it took them several hours to resend it to another store, which closed before they got it. Third time, it seemed unlikely the RX would be received before the Johnson St. store closed. But they not only got it, the pharmacist immediately reached out to me to clarify which store I wanted to fill it at, and was able to have it ready in 5 minutes! All accomplished before they closed also. I have never had a pharmacist reach out to me on a new prescription faxed over. Thank you so much! I had a great experience here and also at the Main St store about a month ago. Very fast and great service!

DR sent prescription to store with instructions to be picked up Jan.31 because of surgery the next day.I called a few days before to make sure they had pain medication. The pharmacy told me I could get then January 31 I called that dayto make sure they were ready I was told me I did not pick them up in the 7 days I had to get dr.to get them. It was late that evening when I was able to get them.I was suppose to have another prescription and they did not tell me. this is not the first time with this store.I am changing stores to see if better or I will go to Walmart

Hold times on the phone are totally unacceptable. Should’nt take 45 wait to talk to someone.

Am a senior ( 76), who is livid over Walgreen's policy on refills for a controlled substance- Zolipedem Over the last few years, my pharmacy on 37 West in Toms River New Jersey has changed the refill Window on this drug from 5 days since the last refill to 1 day. I've adjusted to this policy and still cannot get satisfaction when after confirming my prescription yesterday ( AI robot ) they inform and deny me a pick up of the drug today via text. They say it's not 29 days since my last refill : 12/29/23. As of today 1/26 , it is 29 days. Not according to their math .They don't count today even if I picked up the prescription on the 29th @1:00 PM and picked it up today after 1:00 PM Their service and comprehension of math is not a way to help this customer/patient They make me sicker and anxious

Recently I was the winning bid on Liquidation.com where Walgreens will auction what they describe as shelf pulls or over stock items. The manifest that Walgreen provides to the bidder along with the MSRP for each item is a total fraud (as per proof) and the items that is described is also a total fraud. What I received was old melted chocolate and the rest was junk, with no resale value. The company leadershipe should be ashamed at whaty they are doing to a once respectable business.
