"CERTAINTY" men's guards I have been using the product for years, and it was EXCELLENT then!! Now, the new design and product are a poorer quality. What used to be 5 maximum absorbency is now seemingly 2 or 3, and leaks like I have never experienced before. Are we now experiencing a crisis in healthcare products? Somebody PLEASE SAVE US!!!!

I used to be understanding. I used to be patient. I would wait on the phone forever. I would go into the store to just check on things, like if my rx was on time etc. I just waited greater than 20min on the phone. It had not even been answered when I was informed they were going on their 30 break but I was welcome to "hang on" until they came back from break. I called the store and got hung up on twice before I could say anything. Finally got a nice person and they told me the pharmacy was having "computer issues." I guess that precludes a human being picking up the phone and just letting me know that. I would go away. I would switch pharmacies ...there is no reason not to at this point. After reading some of the remarks from employees on Reddit I can see they really don't care and have plenty to say about their customers. Just remember, no customers, less hours and jobs for the smart alecks.

At first I thought they were fine, but the quality felt cheap and fell apart after one wash, honestly, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Really expected better.

I was chatting with a representative today via chat and they ended the chat noting that I had not replied in several minutes. I was completely baffled because I had explained the issue and sent the correct details. I was requesting that they update my address for a recent order in which I updated the address and then clicked the option to pay via PayPal, but my email showed the incorrect mailing address. I immediately responded to the claim of me not responding and the chat was still ended. This person didn’t actively send much of anything to me the entire 15 minutes I was using the chat with a team member feature. I kept seeing the bubbles pop up and at one point waited nearly 10 minutes for them to ask me if I had received the order. I provided the order # and it should’ve shown that I had just placed the order 5 minutes prior to our chat beginning. I find it unacceptable to end a chat because you don’t feel like working or whatever may have been the case. Over the entire period, I received 2-3 messages from them and I sent all of the details and answered their question about the order status. This is unacceptable customer service. I spent 10 minutes waiting on them to ask me the status of the order. This was after they collected everything from me. I called in and was able to get help.My two issues are 1) information not saving and 2) poor customer service through the chat. I saved the chat history as proof and filed a complaint directly with Walgreens.

My experience with Walgreens was overall disappointing. I had to deal with extremely long wait times at the pharmacy and drive-thru, and getting my prescription ready took much longer than expected. The phone service was also frustrating, as I sometimes felt that the staff were rude or unwilling to help. That said, I have also encountered a few employees who were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made those visits much better. Unfortunately, the inconsistent service and long delays have made my overall experience with Walgreens less than satisfactory.

Walgreens' cashiers and perhaps others in the pharmacy dept on Lawndale Drive in Greensboro need some lessons in respect, professionalism and plain common sense. Tall black young lady asked me loudly for my address AFTER I gave her my license. She said I need you to say it.....WHO carries someone else's license to pick up your own prescription. I do not like saying that info out loud for my own privacy protection. Then she had the audacity to slide it back to me rather forcefully and when I said thank you, twice, she says um hm...sarcastically smiling then before I even left the area they're laughing at me. When I asked what was so funny they continued to laugh. I spoke with a manager and she said she'd speak to them. Too late..this is the 2nd time they were unprofessional and I personally will be transferring all my prescriptions to either CVS or Harris Teeter....as soon as possible. Ridiculous

While I’ve had decent experiences at Walgreens before, this last visit was a letdown. The store was messy, and I had trouble finding items. When I asked for help, the staff seemed uninterested. It felt like I was bothering them. I expected better.

I visited my local Walgreens expecting the same level of service I usually get, but it was a letdown. The shelves were poorly stocked, and I couldn't find half the items on my list. When I asked an employee for help, they seemed disinterested and just pointed me towards a different aisle without actually checking for any alternatives. It felt like I was bothering them. Plus, the checkout line was ridiculously slow, which only added to my frustration. I hope this was just an off day for them.
