After testing positive for covid I got a prescription for paxlovid I used Walgreens to fill my prescription they charged $1,800 before Co payment which was $400 not much of a choice I moved forward afterwards started researching it and they are twice as high as other pharmacists in the area shame on you guys for taking advantage of somebody in need Pfizer does not even charge what you charge I will be switching my pharmacist and spreading the word

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!! Walgreens are using inferior suppliers for their Customers. Prescription products are not available on a timely basis. Medication which has to be used daily and Weekly…..Everyone using WALGREENS experiencing this need to REMOVE THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS and more them to PUBLIX PHARMACY…..CVS……Any other pharmacy other than Walgreens. They’re not taking care of their Customers. DISGUSTING.

They notify me that a prescription is ready for pickup, so I drive over to get it only to find out there isn't a prescription ready for pickup. Infuriating!

They constantly auto-refill unneeded prescriptions out of the blue. I’ve gotten automated calls “your prescription is ready”, only to arrive to pick it up and find out it’s something I haven’t needed in years. Most recently, I opened the app to order some first aid stuff and the first thing I saw is they auto-refilled, shipped and charged me for a prescription I bought from Walgreens *one* time almost a year ago, and never since then. My card on file was charged over $90. They sent my son a letter saying “we were unable to process your credit card because of the following: REJECT. Your account has been debited $131.91 - please remit payment.” No info on what this “debt” is even for. I had already stopped using Walgreens 2 years ago whenever possible, and they’re still playing this auto-refill game, charging me for Rx that was NOT on auto-refill AND never ordered, and now this mysterious $131.91 debt they forced upon my son for no good reason other than their system is a mess. I thought I was finally rid of them but no, they’re still causing me unnecessary expense, inconvenience, robbing me of my time and money. I’ve sent feedback numerous times and nothing changes.

i have never had ruder service and will be pulling all my prescriptions from this place.

I tried to sign up for text and emails. Error in website, it sends verification code to the wrong phone number. That is not my phone number. I am having problems with receiving text messages and other information. I shop regularly at several walgreens.

Walgreens is one of the worst companies out there and the review scores tell you that (currently 1.4/5.0 on Trust Pilot). Walgreens tried to cheat me on photos but I got my money back (hundreds of dollars) after I notified the regulators and my bank proving my case. I banned Walgreens from ever contacting me again, and will not buy anything from such a warped company with no scruples or morals. Walgreens will do anything for a buck and lie and cheat their own customers. Never shop at Walgreens, their ads imo are targeting lower-income types so they can try to rip them off (smart people see right through them), and the company sucks in general. Walgreens should be put out of business and you can help: don't shop at Walgreens and tell everyone else you know not to shop there either. They also have fake "sale" prices that are way too high and try to trick you "as if" these are a deal. Only compared to Walgreens own ridiculously high prices they are. You can get much better value elsewhere. Walgreens sucks, as in sucks the money out of your wallet if you let it. Don't let them do that. Walgreens is a corporate thief in my opinion.

Paid for same day delivery and got delivery 3 days later. They said “DoorDash didn’t show up.” DoorDash never got a call. Have had this experience twice in the past 2 months. DON’T PAY EXTRA FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY.
