They didn't properly contact me about not refilling my prescription and said they sent me a text, but they didn't. Turns out they needed to get consent every three years to send a text, and they didn't do that.
Also, there was a rebate coupon on my drug that they didn't apply because it needed to be done manually, so I had to call in to get them that.

Worst pharmacy to use
Unfortunately, I have to say this is the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with and I am 63 years old so I have went around the block a few times. I have many experiences also being a navy wife throughout the United States. I have dealt with a lot of pharmacies, but Walgreens is a rating of a zero. Because I am on a small , as needed dose of a narcotic in the state of Florida. There are problems with the system here and dare I say the governor. Florida had been known as a pill mill in the past, unfortunately, the way that the rules and regs are now they have overdone it and gone beyond what’s needed for people who have pain. My biggest complaint is that I have to go to Walgreens for myself and my mother and on numerous occasions were told by the computer and a real life person telling us that the prescription is ready or it will be ready in 90 minutes. We go up to the pharmacy and they have some excuse of why it’s not available. This was my trouble yesterday when I went to pick up a narcotic refill. My mother has severe osteoporosis and has about 11 fractures in her back/spine.On the phone the person said that it was ready and so I went up to the pharmacy, which is about a 30 minute drive, and they said that it couldn’t be picked up. They’re having a hard time getting it meaning the medication and they did not have it ready. It would’ve saved me a trip if they would keep their stories straight.
If you have an opportunity to choose a pharmacy besides Walgreens do so.
They are very intrusive asking for diagnoses and how the disease is treated, why a patient is not on a certain medication, etc. For example, my mother has mild dementia and does not want to go on any medication right now whether or not that is a good decision is not what we are debating at this time. This is her choice and I had a pharmacist question it, and then the pharmacy manager grill me about why my mother was not taking a medication for dementia. It was a ridiculous conversation that was beyond her scope of practice and she should’ve never dipped her toes into that area. STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE WALGREENS.. I’VE HAD THE PHARMACIST CALL DOCTORS REGARDING MEDICATION’S. THAT WERE WRITTEN FOR ME AND QUESTION VARIOUS THINGS ABOUT IT. ONCE AGAIN OUT OF THEIR SCOPE OF PRACTICE. Stay in Your Own Lane Walgreens!!

Waiting on hold for 2 hours
Waiting on hold for 2 hours, then it just hangs up on you,is absolutely unacceptable! The AI is useless. This pharmacy never has the meds in stock and everything has to be constantly ordered, leaving you without meds for days. I think I’ve had enough of this pharmacy.

This store sucks
This store sucks. The pharmacy worker hung up on me after I asked her to stop talking and listen to my question. She was frazzled and rude and couldn't help at all. Im changing to a responsible pharmacy. This walgreens pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. No evening hours. Worst service ever. NO MORE WALGREENS

Then they turn around and watch tht person Is this the professionalism of the employees now a days... The employee is in her 59's not a young person . I'm a regular customer and I w observed and watched this particular employee over and over... Stare customers intently as they approach her cash register. Whisper. Giggle and act so unprofessional. I called my Walgreens' store about a refill for prescription I had filled at this very store. The pharmacy tech said the prescription was at another store. I never changed the store I use, so why did Walgreens' change it, especially without notifying me?

1 star because there is no "Zero Star"…
1 star because there is no "Zero Star" rating. Okay, I am a disabled war veteran and I had surgery. The Provider constantly asked, "where do you want you prescriptions sent - I said "The VA" - It's Free even if it takes a few days for them to mail it. Well, they sent my pain killers to Walgreens. I hated that. I knew there was going to be problems. So, the hospital says they sent them to my local Walgreens, I go to pick them up and they say they have no record. Great, I'll just live with the pain, I guess. I get home and contact the corporate office. She looks and says" Nope, they had it. It's Friday and after hours now, SO I wait until Monday morning. I was told to pick them up there in the morning. I get there and they are having computer problems, SO I walk around the store, and I wait, eventually, I try again. They check the computer and .... Nope, we have nothing. I said, the Hospital said you have it and they have the verification that you had it since 3:30pm last Wednesday, On Friday, Your Corporate offices said you have it and that I can go pick it up. I get there too late and have to wait until Monday. I go Monday and again you don't, have it?" Does the right hand have any clue at all about the left? Do they no understand that while they F' around, you are in PAIN. This is how you treat customers? This is how you treat a disabled veteran/ Don't contact the hospital or the corporate office, just say, "Nope" and move on. I suffered for days with Tylenol as my only pain relief. I hop someday the pharmacy people need pain killers and get the same run around so they can just live with the pain they put me through. I seriously wish they would just declare Chapter 7 or 11 or whatever and go out of business so they would not be a burden any longer.
I let the hospital know how Walgreens failed to support their prescribed meds, I let the VA know how they treated a 100% disabled veteran and How I was made to suffer so that the hospital and the VA will not send Walgreens any business.
