I agree, if I could give a zero star rating for the Clinton MD location I would do so. How is it that every single month for a recurring prescription, it is always on back order. And always for a minimum of three weeks. By the time I get my prescriptions it’s time to refill again. And they have the gall to have an attitude The pharmacist is rude, the pharmacy techs are rude. After 40 years of being a loyal customer, I’m feeling like Walgreens is trying to thin out the hard, so to speak. After changing locations (I needed a Walgreens closer to my home due to a recently amputated leg and now having to pay a caregiver to pick up my prescriptions), I was told that in order to get my medications at once, I would have to not take my medications for about 6 days. Because it was Pulmonary Embolisms, going without was taking a chance with my life. I’m seriously baffled that this pharmacist was pissed when I refilled my prescriptions the next month. So, other problems were created so, again, my prescriptions can’t be filled at the same time. So, because I CARE about my life and see that there are so many people that are experiencing these problems, I’m going to do something about it. I’m going to the Ferndale Walgreens with a sign and hopefully people who are unaware, will go anywhere else! I’m saddened that 99.999 percent of you will write your review of the bad things Walgreens does. Unfortunately, it’s CLEAR that Walgreens won’t change a damn thing as referenced by the thousands of reviews online. Isn’t it our responsibility to do something? I beg you, do something, anything, so that Walgreens will straighten their act up

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy never answers the phone. How is it that one caller ahead of me can be on the phone for 2 hrs.? Just to be spiteful, I put the phone on speaker and watch TV or clean because I know they won't answer the phone. The pharmacy needs to be shut down at all locations- Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Lynnwood, etc., shut them all down. How are patients supposed to get medicine filled? Shut them all down!

the worst pharmacy and staff. They have my wife's pharmacy and insurance approval. They refuse to count to ten and fill it because they are closing in a half hour. She is in incredible pain. The pharmacy tech was rude and lazy. Lost a client forever

i have had so many issues with pharmacy starting with they never answer their phones. I have been talked down to on more than one occasion. I have been lied to by pharmacist. They have refused to fill legit prescriptions. They brag store manager can't do anything. They treat me like I am a drug addict, I can t help I have chronic conditions. I am having to cancel my surgery that is 2 days way because they won't fill my post op meds. I am already in search of another pharmacy that will put my health and needs 1st. I was waiting on pharmacist to talk to me in the store and he waited on someone who came in after me. I have been using same pharmacy for many years and the last 6 months they have been horrible, rude and condescending. If they don't fill my post op meds all of my 20 plus meds will be transferred to another pharmacy and I will no longer spend all the money I spend there waiting on my scripts.

Never had a problem. Pharmacy works with my insurance. I find staff very friendly

Walgreens Pharmacy refuses to transfer my current medication prescriptions to my new Mail order Pharmacy as they want my money.
