Plymouth, Minnesota Walgreen's parking lot is complete mess. Weeds growing every where. Trash and litter. Many landscaping plants are dead. Their stop sign is faded to white. This location is disgraceful.

I bought a Google Play card for 25 dollars, was charged for it and there's no money in the card!!!!!!

We tried using the Walgreen photo. Sorry I had to give it even one star. The photos are blurry, streaked and the color in general is sooo off. I spent over $30 trying to get some pics for my class but they are so bad, I probably will not give them to the kids. So sad as we do an album every year for each student and this year there won't be any.

I sent a complaint in because the Customer Service Associate was so rude. I sent the complaint in over 48 hours ago and no one has contacted me when I requested to be.

I have wasted hours attempting to place an online order for pickup. I know. I should have given up immediately. The problems were with both the online app (which I will review next) and the website. Tamara, with customer service, did her best to help me and deserves credit. That said, they have lost my business, forever. Nothing is more valuable than my time. At my company, I'd certainly let someone, even a VP, over this type of failure. Don't waste your time with these folks. They refuse to learn.

Awful almost every time but not the employees fault. The coupons i clip often don't work (have to call customers service who can never explain why). The new rewards system is much worse, and the employees are pushed to the brink, they are clearly undertrained, not their fault. Less people doing more work like an everywhere in America. Corporate freed is killing so many little guys. If you believe in God, this was not his plan. We are human first, not peons meant to be worked into illness for endless profits for the rich. Wwjd?

I switched from a local pharmacy when it was bought out by another large chain. Walgreens is habitually understaffed and has the worst phone system in the world. They routinely short a prescription refill, then you can't get anyone to answer the phone. it is a minimum of 10 minutes on hold once you get past the automated menu that doesn't understand what you say.
