I will not be shopping at Walgreens in Dinuba I placed an order online since April 19th 2021 and have yet to receive my product or get a refund. I have called and gone in multiple times and get the run around. There lates excuse was Fed Ex dropped it off at there store yet no one can find it or give me my refund. I need to call a number. Talk about poor management and bad training of employees. I wouldn't order online because you won't get your product or your refund.

I have always had a positive experience with Walgreens in Mobile and Montgomery Alabama. The staff is friendly and helpful and their photo department is great! I highly recommend their photo department for all their products. I once made a mistake on my order and was disappointed about it only to find out it was as I had ordered it and the photo Dept. Tech was most professional and apologetic. Thank you for all you do for US Walgreens!

Walgreens at 5701 NW 183 St. Hialeah, FL. Had appointment for COVID-19 vaccine. 8:38 am and they haven’t opened!! Supposedly it would be open at 8. Finally opened the window by 8:41 but NO service. Employee walks around — drinking coffee. Upsetting. Finally at 8:45 they started service. Very upsetting.

My doctor call in an Rx. I received a text message it was ready for pickup. I am housebound and went online and requested delivery. ONE WEEK LATER IT IS STILL IN THE STORE FOR PICK UP. I called and was told it would next week sometime for delivery. With all the TV ads touting EXPERT STATUS. The basic problem appears that Walgreens has too much business and does not know how to handle it.

I have had my prescriptions at Walgreens for many years. I am never going back to Walgreens. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for many days. They tell me a different story every time I call or go in there. They either tell me to contact my doctor, so I do, then they tell me to contact my insurance, so I do. 3 different people tell me to do different things. Now I am without a prescription I need. I am changing all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is my neighborhood store and I will never spend another dollar there. Never go to the Walgreens in Fenton, Mo on Bowels.

I spoke to Vesai Sal, a Pharmacy floater. That is the name I was given. I explained to her that I have epilepsy. You would think someone working in the pharmacy would be trained regarding disabilities. Many epileptics, like me, cannot drive. After 3 minutes, she told me that she WOULD NOT WASTE anymore time on the phone with me and DEMANDED that I go in to talk to someone. Hello???......I CANNOT DRIVE. This is not something to DEMAND of a DISABLED person because you JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING YOUR JOB!!!!! She spent 3 minutes talking to me, most of which was hard to understand through her very thick accent. The rest of the time was me being placed on hold. I told her I was never called about the refill that was requested or about any issue with it. She stated there was a mistake on my prescription and my insurance would not pay. I asked if I could pay and if I could set everything up with her because I need my medication today (the whole reason I submitted my refill request early). This is the point where she tells me that she CANNOT WASTE anymore time on the phone with me. As she was trying to hang up the phone on me, I stopped her and told her that I needed my medication desperately. This is not something you do to a DISABLED person who CANNOT drive and is out of the only medication keeping you from seizing. NEVER doing business here again. I called a different pharmacy and the pharmacist there explained to me that it is an easy fix and would not require me to drive anywhere. They would take care of everything for me UNLIKE Walgreens. Apparently, Walgreens has been sued many times for discrimination. If I had known this I would not have taken my prescriptions there. They need to better train their pharmacy staff.

I am 77 yrs old and have been going to Walgreens for 60 yrs. The soda fountain in S.F. on Market St way back in the 50's. Been mostly using them all this time. Now I'm at the age where I need some med once in while so why not familiar Walgreens. So at the Huntington beach store where I have been getting meds for a couple yrs now, I go in and there 6 people behind the counter playing with there phones. I ask for some help to pick up. They say in a minute, ok. 5 minutes and two more customers come in. I ask again, nothing. After 15 min I raise my voice and say you have customers out here. Still nothing, then a guy comes out and startd threatening me and yelling. At my age I didn't feel like a confrontation, so I shut up and obey. So after 60 yrs I pull all my business from them. Will never step foot in that chain again and will tell everyone I know what jerks they are.
